Looking For A Picture Of A Quasar Blasting A Nearby Galaxy

I remember seeing this a few years ago, can't remember the name of the objects though and far enough out they're probably index references rather than proper names.

Main thing about it is a quasar where one of the polar jets cuts straight through a nearby galaxy and there is a cloud of stuff being blasted out the other side - it is having the living crap death-rayed out of it.

Had a bit of a google and not finding it that way.

Sure someone here will remember it.

For an active galaxy's nucleus to emit jets reaching another galaxy the two galaxies would be in the process of merging.

At the extreme, some claim galactic mergers are intrinsic elements of such high-energy burst phenomena.

Just for the record ... I don't know whether this is the only such photo - it's simply the only one I could locate concerning quasar jets intersecting another galaxy.

It was only after discovering the (theoretical) connection between quasars and galactic merging that I refined my searches to focus on merging galaxies rather than quasars in general.
