Yeah, that day is upon us. It wasn't caused by the sciences per se; the New Dark Age was caused by NPCs who think they can cast spells, networking on mobile phones. It is hard enough to get action on realistic climate protections without this stupid sideshow actively sabotaging their own credibility. Religion has no place in politics Q.E.D.
