A Springer is certainly capable of jumping that high if the motivation is great enough. My 'gamekeeper' Springer could (and did) manage to clear a seven foot wall (not without, I admit, a degree of scrabbling). The Saturday afternoon when our entire extended family went out to visit neighbours...
