Abducted By A Six-Foot Penguin

I'm trying to find an issue of Fortean Times where there is an account of an abduction report where the abductee said there was a six foot penguin aboard the spaceship they were on. I think it was in the "Building a Fortean Library" section. Does anybody know the issue? Or even better, where I can find the actual account.

I think in the account I read in Fortean Times the abductee was strapped to an operating table.
