Thought of you yesterday.I only have the one.
A full on fox hunt across my back.
With the foxes tail disappearing down the hole!

ChapeauA Galloway grandmother has set herself a gruelling physical challenge to help her cope with "unbearable grief".
Mavis Paterson will spend her 85th birthday cycling around Scotland, covering more than 1,000 miles (1,609km).
She previously became the oldest woman to cycle the 960 miles (1,540km) from Land's End to John O'Groats.
This time she is going even further, with her pedals powered by heart-breaking personal tragedy.
Mavis - or "Granny Mave", as she is known - cycles to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Care. And she rides in memory of her children.
Mave lost all three of them in just four years.
Her son Sandy died of a heart attack in 2012, daughter Katie of viral pneumonia in 2013, and son Bob died in an accident in 2016.
They were all in their 40s.
Oh does @Trevp666 do house calls??Waiting for that knock at the door and then hoping it's the Jehova's and not Trev, will soon alter that. You'll be a gibbering, wrinkled wreck within the year.
Only in the local area.does @Trevp666 do house calls?
Only the local area? Allrighty then!Times was, years ago, when a representative of a political party that I won't be voting for knocked at my door would have received a sarcastic earful of mild abuse.
Today I had the doorbell ring, and the nice chap explained who he was and which party he represented. I cheerfully advised who I would be voting for instead. He said something like 'jolly good' (or words to that effect), and I bid him good-day.
I think I have mellowed with age.
Oh I'm still a grumpy get. But just slightly less angry.
Only in the local area.
We don't own a gun, and I wouldn't want one -Gum violence is horrible in the U.S. and I think this has reduced the number of people who come knocking at the door.
That's nothing! .. I've got one on my .... (finish the joke yourselves)Adam Savage has a ruler tattooed onto his forearm, so he doesn't need to find a ruler when doing his projects.

Now I know you mean your leg, but I just don't know which one. That's nothing! .. I've got one on my .... (finish the joke yourselves)
Mate. Just move to England instead?. It isn't perfect either but we don't have to have bedroom drawers full of guns?. We just drink and smoke ourselves to death instead. We don't own a gun, and I wouldn't want one -
But you cannot blame those who do, local police closed our block the other night because three men were breaking into our vehicles after midnight. Crime is just out of control here.
In some southern states guns are common - my stepdaughter for instance has a dozen in the house, as do people in that area. Not that they use them, they may go hunting on occasion, but according to her that's normal for them.
I was a little taken aback, but it's also a country area.
Believe me, I would move right to your Ilkley Moor area and never look back, but my old man would have something to say about that!Mate. Just move to England instead?. Shang Hai him if you think he's a 'keeper' .. the worst you've both got to care about over here is monotonous grey skies, catching colds ... and other stuff.Believe me, I would move right to your Ilkley Moor area and never look back, but my old man would have something to say about that!![]()
Oh it sounds marvelous!...monotonous grey skies, catching colds ... and other stuff.
It's BETTER than marvellous. We have seasons instead of earthquakes and tsunamis and tornados. Our country isn't as warm as yours so we rock heating that's cripplingly over expensive at the moment so we wear jumpers and eat crap microwave meals instead. But we DON'T have guns everywhere. The pubs are good.Oh it sounds marvelous!

Not very good anymore tbh.Yeah, but how's the trifle??
Had to see the doc. for a non-knee problem and my dodgy right knee came up. Ran through all the thing that knacker knees, squash, cricket, Shotokan etc.I've had a bit of a dicky kneebone for a few years now - it's okay mostly but on long walks it complains a bit.
I was once told "That'll be old age creeping up on you", and my response was "Yeah, but the other knee is the same age and that's fine".

"Batsman or bowler?"
"Both."
"Left arm bowler then."
Nice when a doctor thinks it through.
How can 'breaking-a-leg' be a gentle skill?Spot-on analysis.
I was a medium-paced, right-handed bowler until my left knee gave up.
The impact on the delivery stride is very heavy - especially when you're tall and weigh 14 stones!
I still play (although just 20-over games now), and have worked hard on developing the skill of gentle leg-breaks, coming in off no more than 3 paces.

Now I'm stumped!If you'd ever bowled a maiden over, you'd know!
To be fair, I was also naturally left footed in the Shotokan days and batting left-handed puts more pressure on the right knee also. I'd blame squash as well but I developed a strong backhand, as a left hander predominantly playing right handers you have to, until it was as good as the forehand. Probably a hang over from Eton Fives - if you don't get your 'weak' hand up to par, you just get battered on it. In squash I'd often win the first set when the 'righty' assumes you can't hit a backhand...Spot-on analysis.

My left knee did a sudden pain twinge thing last week. I was rubbing it and whispering "not now not now" at it because we were busy. I was trying to hide it then the chef went "are you OK?" .. busted! .. so I went "It's OK, I was just trying to turn you on chef." .. it hasn't happened since.I've had a bit of a dicky kneebone for a few years now - it's okay mostly but on long walks it complains a bit.

I'm having calf problems. I feel like it's cramp starting. Putting it down to pulled muscles after rushing somewhere on foot last Saturday. My left knee did a sudden pain twinge thing last week. 's'funny, I can ride a bike for miles and can run if necessary but fast walking kills my calves.![]()
