So this means that humans have done extensive deep-core drilling and seismography all over the Moon?
That must imply that we have a base on the Moon already. Hmmm.
 
Well they have done seismology all over the near side of the Moon, and this has produced a detailed map of the interior. No drilling to speak of, though, so there might be some surprises.

Not really. The currently held theory is that the moon formed from a major Earth collision event.

Theories of its composition are from modelling & analysis of seismometer data, which do not point to it being either artificially constructed or hollow.

Multiple bases, with seismographs. There was a space program called Apollo that brought them. In the information that hunck referred there is further discussion.
