The notifications come through as emails from the system at the gym, all of my other emails are timed/dated as one would expect.

Also the clock in time is in the body of the email, so wouldn't be affected by the email time/date being off.

Did you inquire about the security camera aspect of this ?

In Barcelona a few years ago Google Maps informed me that we were actually on a remote Scottish road. One imagines the satellite hiccuping.

What were you doing on that remote Scottish road when you were supposed to be in Barcelona? Big Brother wants to know.

No, I'll have a look if there is any cctv I can see next time I go in though tbh I expect staff response to be as clueless as everything else about the place.
