'RaM,' After examining the shot in question, have found that it appears to be just an image reflecting shift that has bounced and moves in parallel across the shots pan in the video, with the effect of reflected light from the sign board - as illustrated below:

To be honest after a bit more research I have convinced myself it's a aircraft
climbing out of East Midlands airport but I can't be sure on my screens.
It caught my attention when I first saw it.
It's the very squared off top that looks odd to me.

Here's another one, F1 highlights Sunday night at about 1.47 after the race David Cortold
is talking and behind his head between the trees something flashes across the sky, likely something
ordinary but it caught my attention.

Solved I think, a few secs later it goes the other way I think it's some sort of traveling camera.
Or maybe a light reflecting off a cable or some such.
