It came up as a side comment in a chat and they do indeed exist (and you can buy a Jackalope there too at the same time):

What are the advantages/point?

A good page on walking sticks, their history and classification:

http://www.rauantiques.com/Articles.asp?ArticleID=50

which says:

Even sticks whose decorative material may be somewhat less than appealing can bring high prices based on its rarity. One such stick is the bull's penis cane which, aptly named, is covered from top to bottom wtih the phallic skin of one very unlucky bull. Fortunately, the material's origin is not readily apparent unless an explanation is offered.

and this:

In fact, practically anything can be (and probably has been) used to make a walking-stick shank, including glass, plastic, ivory, a giant cabbage stalk, even a bull's penis!

However, each material has its own characteristics, affecting appearance, shape, strength, stiffness and weight...and price. So no single material is suitable for every stick.

In some regions of the U.S. in the 20's and 30's,toothpicks made from raccoon penises were fairly common,so the oldtimers tell me.

Most mammals have a bone in their penis - I think humans are one of the few exceptions to this (too lazy to do a google for the others), so it was probably a raccon penis bone used as a toothpick. In the UK, an otter's penis bone was a popular tie-pin amongst country folk, when it was still legal to hunt them.

Yes,you're right.I think humans are the only mammal without a penis bone.Apes still have a pretty much vestigial one,I believe.

Ah yes,you can see how they'd make a good toothpick.Raccoons are so common around here you wouldn't have to pay $6.00 for the bone though,if you were so inclined.

So does the bull's penis walking stick actually include a bull's penis bone.

Well lets go one better than having a bone in your penis and check this bit of old news (came up on the TV tonight and I was sceptical):

Earwig's two penises both work, researchers find

Male earwigs have a fully functioning standby penis, according to Japanese researchers.

Experts knew about the spare, but thought it was useless because it points the wrong way.

Researchers disturbed an earwig that was mating and found it left the penis behind and later used the back-up.

Yoshitaka Kamimura and Yoh Matsuo of Tokyo Metropolitan University pinched the Euborellia plebeja as it mated.

The disturbance led to the male abandoning its penis in the female. Despite the apparent handicap, it mated with another partner later.

It may be that the broken penis acts like a chastity belt so the injured individual's sperm is successful, the researchers say.

The paper is published in the journal Naturwissenschaften and reported in Nature.

Impressive but not the kind of thing that would go in the Penis Museum in Iceland ;)

Graham Norton recently presented Meat Loaf with a golf putter crafted from a bull's member on his Channel 4 show.
Worryingly, when asked, Mr Loaf was immediately able to identify the curious material....
