Cartoon I Can't Remember The Name Of

Does anyone know the name of this cartoon?
It had someone who i think was a kind of cowboy superhero as the main charecter and he could call upon the sight of a hawk? Strength of a bear? and speed of a cheetah or somthing like that

I think the title has Star in it.

Heh. I used to share a house with a scaffolder when Bravestar was airing, and this cartoon was a craze amongst his team for some reason. The sight of a gang of hairy arsed scaffs flinging tubes to each other while shouting 'Strength of the bear - bear - bear -bear...' will live in my brain for a long time I think!

They also had a team member who, when his wife got chicken pox was immediately and lastingly nicknamed 'Superted'. Because he was Spotty's mate.

I remember finding this perhaps disproportionately funny as a child.

For some reason it seems to merge with the distinctly un-American cartoon SuperTed in my mind.
