I had some doubts about this.

Although it featured on Pinterest, amongst a number of rare cat breed photographs - a Brussels Griffon - there was always that instinct, something just, 'not quite right'.

So... have now discovered it is indeed of canine origin.

Couldnae make it up... (still cute though)... :onick:

Seven cats saved from fire.

Nine cats were given oxygen after being rescued from a house fire.

Six cats and three kittens were pulled from the blazing building in Birchfield Road in Wellingborough at about 10:00 GMT on Wednesday. Northamptonshire firefighters used specialist animal oxygen masks on all nine, and resuscitated four, but two of the cats could not be saved. The surviving animals were taken for treatment to a nearby vet, the fire service said.

A spokeswoman for Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service said a man at the house was treated for shock but was uninjured. She said the likely cause of the blaze was a cooker being left on.

Your cats going end with diabetes if she doesn't lose some of the fat.
One of our old moggies used to jam herself into the top of a double radiator with her back end in the air so when I snapped her she looked enormous. She was actually a lean mean ham-killing machine.

She looks a bit like my Honey, is she part Bengal Carlos?
She is indeed - Neela has a Bengal mum and Russian Blue dad, hence the round squooshy face. She's got her dad's build and fur density, and her mum's patterning. She's a beautiful little thing (but not the sharpest tool in the box if I'm honest).

Yeah. I provided housing for a long time to an ocicat called Izzy. He had been deaquisitioned by a breeder because he wasnt show quality and he was a sweetie and lovely to look at but not very bright.

Neela just doesn't learn from her mistakes - she's been locked in our garage countless times and gets stuck on the porch roof most days.

Honey is part Bengal and as iv'e said before the other part being raptor, she is a beautiful cat and quite smart, but she is, lets say, temperamental at times, striking out if you stroke her one to many times, but i love her to bits, i love all animals no matter what their temperament, iv'e been bit by a deer, a mouse, a cat, a dog, and nearly dragged over a wall by a big chimp, but i still love em

I bet someone here would adopt Flerken. Vid at link.

A cat deemed too wild to be kept as a pet has been found a home at a wildlife park.

Flerken the savannah cat was seized by Border Force officers after being illegally imported into the UK.

She is a cross between an African wildcat and a domestic breed and is considered too dangerous to be kept in a private home.

One wonders how a domestic cat managed to interbreed with a serval, which is a separate species. She has the serval ears, she may be just a serval. The part about the staff knows how to take care of her wild strain I imagine is keep your hands away from the sharp end. I'm not sure about the ambassador to kiddies part.

Awwwwwwwww she is beautiful

Andd regards the big chimp, i was at the zoo in Tenby i think it was, there were three in a cage, lil one, medium one and big un, there was a wall about three feet away from cage, the lil one kept putting it's hand out, so after a few times i reached over and it shook hands with me, awwwww cute, it let go, next, the middle sized did the same, so i took its hand, it shook it then pulled me, i was balancing on the wall on my stomach, for about a minute, it let go after i had pulled a few times, then the big un came along and put hand out, i backed up and said 'NO WAY' wont be doing that stupid thing again, dangerous, but i was only 16 at the time, and it was my fault not theirs, it was there that the deer bit me, i gave it a lump of sugar, didn't learn, but i know to treat wild animals with respect now. Sorry, you were probably expecting something more exciting
