Does anyone remember a comic strip that appeared in the Daily Telegraph about 10 years ago. My memory of it is vague, but I'm sure it was about a depopulation event and had something to do with the Tavistock Institute. There was a buzz about it for a while in conspiracy forums as being some kind of predictive programming. I can't find any trace of it online.

The British Daily Telegraph, or the Australian version?

Indieanorak:

(1) Can you describe the graphic content of this 'comic strip'?

(2) Was it a one-time standalone illustration or editorial cartoon, or was it a recurring comic strip?

If my (admittedly hazy) memory of it is correct, it was a recurring three or four panel strip that just appeared in the newspaper with no explanation. It seemed very bizarre and out of context for a broadsheet.
