Who haven't felt anytime the need of a piramid for his magic practices!? That has been a common claim between the fortean concerned, and even more with this warm weather that is so led to this kind of activities.
Cult of Toth wants to help with this issues. Knowing that the building of a full size model of an Egyptian piramid with all their inner chambers and structures could be quite difficult with the nowadays prices of terrains and building materials that have been raising a lot this last millenniums.
So the Cult of Toth purposes a kind of easiest DIY project.
The idea is ti imitate the structure of the inner chambers of the piramid that had a long windows that focus on the stars for religious ceremonies.
This time the idea is for magic invocations of Toth, god of magic. So we will build a structure that imitates this kind of chambers into our homes. In an ideal way it would have to be focused on the star Alpha Ursae Minoris, or more commonly known as polaris star. This star would act in this part of the universe as a kind of omphalos or magical center of the universe, what of course is a psicological or magical concept not a technical idea.
As the correct alienation of the star with the desired window and the day, and the hour needed would make it quite difficult to perform at home, in the Cult of Toth we purpose to change the focus on any other very bright star that can be visible easily from your window, but, and only but...if you do previously a mental projection in which you turn temporally that star into the cosmos center.
Then you need 2 cardboard pieces in which you will open a tiny square window the sice of a open hand in each. The objetive is to position the 2 square cardboard pieces in front of you and pointing to the star. The 2 cardboard pieces simulate to a far bigger structure, that are the outer wall of the piramid and the inner wall of the piramid that is into the ceremonial chamber. Your room then will become the ceremonial chamber in this build geometry.
Both for practical purposes and for practical ones, try to hold the cardboard 1 to the walls or better to the ceiling of the room if you can, the cardboard 2 can be hold to the floor of the room, that generates a magical chamber.
Dress as a Egyptian, don't matter if is a cheap carnival costume, it will help you to put your mind on the correct sintony.
When all build be sure that you can see clearly the star from your invocation position. See the position of the fingers...have a simbolic purpose, it tries to imitate the shape of an ibis with the open wings. Like when in the mornings it praises the sun. The ibis is the animal representation of the god Toth.
For the ceremony itself try to imitate the position of that bird wings extended and fingers in the ibis position. Close your eyes and feel (imagine) a kind of brilliant fluid flowing through both the 2 arms and from your legs till converge into your chest, then open your eyes, see the star... Close the eyes again and see in your imagination that fluid flowing as a beam strongly to the star and in the opposite direction. Feel that connection as something physical, like a sensation, a touch.
When done the ceremony has ended. Maybe you will have next days dreams in which Toth will appear to you to contact you personally.
