Games haven't come far really have they... :D

Those were the days when even video nasties would get a tie-in computer game!

British company too, as was the case so often back in the day. Palace software...made both the Cauldron and Barbarian games.

Someone's just arrived over at our Evil Dead fan site with the words "Anyone fancy a peewee head?" .... now I just have to work out if this is a genuine Henrietta Evil Dead 2 prop/ proof of concept or a fan made replica .. if it's authentic, it would have been built by one of Mark Shostrum's F/X team (or by Mark himself). "I'LL SWALLOW YOUR SOUL, I'LL SWALLOW YOUR SOUL !!" .... "Swallow this .." *boom* (that only makes sense if you've seen Evil Dead 2 btw)

Yes, but it would always be a little platform game with minimal relevance to the actual plot of the film.

Sweet as. He's selling it right? What sort of dough?

No idea .. I could hook you up or you could register on www.deadites.net/ and contact him yourself if you're keen .. he seems to want to sell it, I can't afford it at the moment .. I wouldn't go over $200 tops for it and then you have to consider import tax and postage on top of that .. $150 would be my offer .. if you want to avoid import tax, ask him to mark on the packaging as a gift. Without blowing the dust off my collection info, this would have probably been created by either Mike Trcic, 'Screaming Mad George' or Mark Shostrum as something to show Sam Raimi for approval for the larger sculpts .. before buying it though, anyone needs to ask for paper proof that it's from the production ..

.. and the team behind the larger scale creation ..

Henrietta is back, this time in foam gelatin form in season 2 of Ash Vs Evil Dead.

I know, if it isn't broken, don't fix it it but .. my mate who works at Sheperton film studios doesn't care about that ... he just loves The Evil Dead ... here's his newest trailer for his fan tribute to the first film .. the attention to even tiny details is astounding and has included him researching and sourcing things down to the correct light switches FFS!.. (Irving Shapiro told the original crew that kids wouldn't want to turn to a film called Book Of The Dead because kid's didn't want to read ... but that was the original title so he still goes with that!)

A pretty decent fan edit for Ash V Evil Dead

Please could you show us a photo of the inside? It's awesome.

The Mrs will use her flashy phone so hopefully yes mate .. it was made by a Scottish bloke who sold it to me for the very cheap price of fifty quid .. it's not 100% accurate (the chimney should be sand stone yellow , there should be a swing bench at the front of the cabin and a trellis at the other side of the front) .. the interior is amazing though ..

50 quid is an amazing bargain. Wow.

Looks like it originally was sold in 2012. Did the maker buy it back and then sell it to you.

I was the person who bought it in 2012, I was tipped off about it by the webmaster at bookofthedead.com, the guy who made it did so to use it for table top game play .. as far as I know, I'm the first owner of it after the bloke who made it .. she's a beauty mate and IMO worth a lot more than I paid. Thanks for posting the deadites linked pics, I mod there (as Swofty) and had forgotten Kain had put those pics up ! ..

.. you can see it in better quality at about 17:35 into my Evil Dead collection vid

Large Piece of ‘Evil Dead 2’ Cabin Surfaces On eBay

“This is the actual exterior wall from the front upper left side of the original Evil Dead II Cabin,” Pasquale notes in the eBay listing. “In relation to the movie, this piece would have been above the clock and cellar door. The wall is fully intact. It is approximately 16 feet long and pretty heavy. Shipping can be done via U SHIP services at the expense of the buyer or can be picked up by the buyer in Weirton, WV.”

Nice find and cheers !, I've just posted this over at Deadites.net .. I was following these guys progress online when they took the place apart, the owner of the land was pleased to let them do it because it saved him the cost. Without checking, I think these guys are the same ones that also dismantled Ash's famous work shed from the same location at the same time and now tour with it at conventions.

edit: the ebay sale as it currently stands ..
