I lost interest just before the 5 minute mark, when it was revealed that the account was lifted from a Tom Slemen book.

Edit. A quick Google and I saw there was a fair bit of discussion about the Old Swan mass grave. Many believe it consisted of bodies relocated from decommissioned graveyards in the 19th century, due to Liverpool's need for land to build on. Some scathing comments too about Slemen's fantasies in stoking up the woo factor (as always).

The basic facts about the Old Swan mass burial site are true. The bodies were almost certainly moved there from other Liverpool graveyards sometime in the 19th century, in order to reclaim land for Liverpool's rapid building programme.
All the woo stuff about vampires, uncorruptible bodies and the "Tell-Tale Heart" are pure Slemenisms though.

Felt this maybe belonged here:

Burning Hand

Location: Rayleigh (Essex) - Private residence
Type: Other
Date / Time: 2022
Further Comments: Something unseen grabbed an occupant's shoulder and they felt a sudden burst of heat on their neck. The occupant turned round and, in the darkness, could see something even darker in the corner of the room. A few hours later, while at work, the occupant's neck started to hurt; looking into a mirror, they could see a burn where they had been touched.

This one certainly does:

Juggling

Location: W4 (Greater London) - Private residence near Chiswick Station
Type: Poltergeist
Date / Time: 2003
Further Comments: The occupant and their child watched as two billiard balls lifted from a table and were juggled by unseen hands. The balls moved in the air for several seconds before falling quietly back on to the table. Moments later, a photograph moved within its frame. After the occupant politely asked the spirit to leave, activity ceased.

One from my neck of the woods:

Screaming on the Telephone

Location: Higher Penquite (Cornwall) - Private cottage in the area
Type: Poltergeist
Date / Time: Unknown
Further Comments: This property was reported to have been the scene of a poltergeist outbreak which included heavy items being moved, knocking on doors, bell ringing, and a screaming-like sound that could be heard when the telephone was used. The apparition of a black cat was also frequently seen and heard. After three years of enduring the occurrences, the occupant of the property moved out.
