That's interesting. Has anyone been to see the rehung galleries at the tate modern? Quite early on in the cubism/futurism/modernism gallery (I've forgotten what they call it), there's a ~20's italian futurist scuplture that is the spitting image of a star wars prequel battle droid. .

It's an installation art piece. They talk of it ambiguously, as if it may be real, but that's part of the presentation I guess. The thing was installed by an artist named Corona Smith, anyhow.
