A bus loads of nuns are killed in a car accident ..

They're sent up to heaven and meet Snt. Peter at the pearly gates ..

Snt. Peter says to the first nun, "Before I let you in, have you ever touched a man's penis?"

"I did once with my pinkie finger."

"OK .. well just dip that finger in the holy water and you will be cured."

... Sister Mary was next and got the same question:

"I did once hold a man's penis Snt. Peter."

"Right ... put that hand in the holy water and you can come in the gates"

..... then Snt. Peter noticed a jostling in the que, a nun jumping the line

"Sister Sarah .. why are you rushing past the others?!"

"Well if I'm going to be gargling the holy water, I want to do it before Sister June washes her arse."

I had to look that up - I'm not sure what it has to do with Joe E. Ross but I guess some kind of connection to the restaurant you speak of.
Did he appear in an ad for them?

Gunther Toody was Ross's character in his most famous role on the Sixties sitcom Car 54, Where Are You? ...

Your avatar pic is Ross playing Toody.

Oh I see.....I wasn't sure of his characters name in the 'car 54' series, being more familiar with his portrayal of Rupert Ritzik in Bilko.

Which begs the question why did the restaurant go with the name?
