Same here ... The most specific analogy that came to mind was the Flatwoods Monster...

Bingo! Ok, so it was from the 50's, but thats the one I was looking for!

The wikipedia page for the Flatwoods Monster even has a 'to scale' silhouette showing it as almost twice the height of a person...

I tried to get them to be roughly the same height - extreme popped collar excluded.

Pretty uncanny.

I haven’t seen the figures again, but I’ve been having sleep paralysis episodes (which hasn’t happened since I was 12).

@mrhank , would you mind, if possible (and again, if the question is not too intrusive) giving any more detail about your new Sleep Paralysis episodes. They might add more info to your account of whats been happening, and I am always keen to hear about folks s-p experiences.
