BREAKING NEWS: LIST OF WITHHELD JFK ASSASSINATION DOCUMENTS
Here It Is — a Map to What We Can Still Learn

Exciting news: WhoWhatWhy has obtained the complete list of 3,603 secret documentson the Kennedy assassination still being held by the US government. (Or, to be precise, what it admits to still holding.)

Now we can at least get a peek at what they have been hiding.

The list was obtained in a Freedom of Information Act request by FOIA specialist Michael Ravnitzky, who alerted us.

The complete list is below. You’ll note that some documents are briefly characterized by subject, while others are less clearly identified.

The government has promised to release as many documents as possible in October, 2017, the 25th anniversary of the JFK Records Act, in which Congress mandated that all efforts be made to release everything in Washington’s possession unless an overriding case can be made for withholding in the national interest.

Some — perhaps most — of these documents could be released at that time. Then again, they may be further withheld. The CIA in particular is likely to argue that some are just too sensitive to be made public. ...

When the truth does come out, the names on the list will be the names of our oppressors. Just as Kennedys assassination crushed the hopes of the people, now they will destroy our hopes for good by revealing themselves to be the Gods of this doomed world. On a lighter note, seem any good football matches lately?

I'd speculate that the 'sensitive' issue is the utterly immoral behaviour of a figure that is revered by many as an American icon.

Revisiting the "Connally was the target" theory :

In the hours after the Kennedy assassination, after Lee Harvey Oswald shot and killed Dallas Police Officer J.D. Tippit and was identified as the president’s assassin, a Secret Service officer named Mike Howard was dispatched to Oswald’s apartment. Howard found a little green address book, and on its 17th page under the heading “I WILL KILL” Oswald listed four men: an FBI agent named James Hosty; a right-wing general, Edwin Walker; and Vice President Richard Nixon. At the top of the list was the governor of Texas, John Connally. Through Connally’s name, Oswald had drawn a dagger, with blood drops dripping downward.

Special Agent Howard turned the address book over to the FBI and, ultimately, to the Warren Commission. Only some time later did he learn that the list with its hugely important insight into the killer’s motive had been torn out of the book.

If you look at the Zapruder film, you can see that Jackie puts a gun under his chin and pulls him forward and then blows the top of his head off, very quickly drops the gun behind the seat and crawls onto the trunk to retrieve the bullet fragments. They have eyes but they cannot see.

Ah, that must have been a different Zapruder film to the one I saw.

It kinda does look like that, but the bullet that kills JFK also hits the man in front. That can't have happened if Jackie killed JFK.
Unless there was more than one bullet involved...

Let's face it, we're all in a Hellywood/Zapruder movie where Elvis could be playing Donald. Now isn't that Elfish.

The latest I heard was that he was shot once by Oswald and
Sorry Zilch5. I posted the following message without even looking at your post. I said: Just watching a doco on TV (JFK The Smoking Gun) that suggests SS agent George Hickey may have fired the fatal headshot from the car behind with an AR15 assault rifle... and it was accidental. All from a book by a bloke named O'Donohue in a book called Mortal Error. The theory is that Oswald pops off two rounds, Hickey becomes aware that JFK is being fired on, flicks the safety off, stands up to return fire, the car lurches forward and he topples, the AR15 fires and the round shatters JFK's skull by accident. Then the SS muddy the autopsy and intimidate witnesses to cover up the fact that one of their own killed JFK accidentally. Extremely low probability, but an interesting theory and one also based apparently on ballistic facts.

Explore here for the doco. It may appear shortly and be available for a few weeks, but I can't locate the doco yet. SBS TV Australia is having a 'JFK month'. Docos each Sunday, the Stone movie, etc. Ever-intriguing topic.
Just read about this. Fairly plausible. I still think Johnson had something to do with it though.

Worth a read:

The Day Kennedy Died
Dr. Robert McClelland held JFK’s head in his hands. He massaged Oswald’s heart. Forty-five years later, his students are still riveted by the surgeon’s tales.

BY MICHAEL J. MOONEY, PORTRAIT BY RANDAL FORD PUBLISHED IN D MAGAZINE NOVEMBER 2008

In crumpled white coats filled with folded papers and stethoscopes and the various tools of the third-year medical student, they file into a cramped office. The walls are lined with books. Andrew Jennings and Jeff Konnert sit at opposite ends of the leather couch while Scott Paulson takes the leather chair. They face a 79-year-old man in a crisp, bright white jacket. Dr. Robert Nelson McClelland, not a large man, has thick glasses and tufts of white hair that match his coat.

This is the students’ second meeting with the old doctor. He offers them soda and coffee. They are scheduled to talk about pancreatic surgery. Instead they will receive a lesson in living history. When they leave, one student will refer to this hour as the most fascinating conversation of his life.

As they get settled, ready to hear about surgical manipulation of the biliary tract, Jennings notices a magazine on the coffee table. From the cover, it appears the entire magazine is dedicated to conspiracy theories revolving around the John F. Kennedy assassination. Six floors and 44 years separate the place where they are sitting from that moment in November 1963 when the president of the United States was carted into the emergency room in a condition witnesses would later describe as “moribund.”

Andrew points to the magazine. “Were you here when they brought him in?” “Yeah, I helped put in the trache,” McClelland says matter-of-factly. The students gasp, as if the old East Texas doctor had put an ice-cold stethoscope to their chests. With no hesitation, McClelland continues, “So you’re here to talk about the pancreas—”

“Whoa! Whoa!” one of the three students interrupts.

“Is there any way you could tell us what happened?” asks another.

“We can read a book about pancreatic surgery, but this—”

“Well, I feel like a broken record,” McClelland says. “I’ve probably told this story 8,000 times.”

They plead with him.

He leans back in his chair, behind a desk covered with stacks of paper. He nods slowly. His eyes close for a moment as he transports himself back to that fall afternoon, just two days after his 34th birthday. The day that JFK died.

Sorry if this has already been mentioned in this thread but .. some people seem to think that the film actor Woody Harellson's Dad was one of the shooters .. that's a new one on me ..

.. someone else who reckons JFK was shot from a drain hole ...

Seems his old man was a bit of a dodgy character to put it mildly

This James Files bloke is happy to take the blame for the fatal shot, true or not .. I reckon not seeing as he claims to have had a friend with a $1000 a day heroin habit .. which would kill anyone instantly unless they were being made to pay way over the odds ..

..and ..

There's also David Ferrie

I'd not heard Ferrie touted as the actual killer before. I've read Garrison's book, and of course Ferrie comes up quite a lot as a major player in the conspiracy (and Joe Pesci played him in JFK, the film based on "On the Trail of the Assassins"). That last video certainly makes some new claims for me, and now I want to read up on the case all over again!

Yeah, the judge's assassination and Harrelson's trial were a big deal when I was kid, since it happened in the next county. Because of that, I've always associated Woody Harrelson with his father, instead of than the other way round.

It's not impossible that Charles Harrelson could have had something to do with Kennedy's death, but unsure if he was the type who could have kept his mouth shut about it.

A link about the current whereabouts of Jackie Kennedy's pink blood stained suit worn on the fateful day ... apparently her pink hat is still missing (which I suppose could be argued possibly would provide clues as to the direction of the blood spray from the president's head) ...

I still think their was more than one shooter but I don't think we will never really know who killed jfk just like we not get to know who Jack the Ripper is no thank to some judge who decided to keep the files sealed for a another 100 years to protect the relatives of the victims if I remember right.
