Actually when I skimmed by this post looking for, you know, the ghost photo, I assumed this was a mannequin with a very poor makeup job. It looks like wood or plastic. The "ghost photo" of the wee girl could be a wee girl or a great dane or just film strangeness. In the article she mentions that at one point they heard a sound they didn't expect and all got scared and ran out of the building. Hence her choice of ghost investigations as a hobby?

Windows and mirrors are portals for spirits and ghost.

Some religions cover their mirrors when there is a family death to keep the soul from escaping.

Not far from me an American Civil War soldier, Sam Davis, was killed in 1863 fighting for the south.

People have rebuilt his house as it was in 1863.

But beware, the house is haunted.

Several tourists have reported seeing Sam Davis standing in the main front window, only to disappear upon close inspection.

There are things that exist that we just don’t understand.

This Wiki file photo suggests that the room in question may be used for storage or display; perhaps of items that could look ghost-like?

It could, unfortunately, be anything, from the way the light hits the multipaned window to draperies or something just inside. The only way to know would be to immediately go to the room. Also, very few places have been totally empty during lockdown, caretakers or maintenance people have still been performing their usual tasks. So it could be a flesh and blood person, wondering who the hell it is out there on the lawn...

The ones that I was able to see were obviously a person walking around in dark clothing.

I couldn't even see what they were pointing at. They had red circles and arrows around said ghost and yet I could not see anything. What a complete waste of time that video was.

That was another annoying thing about this video. The guy in the tight fitting black outfit absolutely insisted on walking directly in front of the camera. So, 90% of the video is of his ass.

A whole lot of nothing. The area that he is supposedly investigating (really:rolleyes:) is titled as "old hospice" and yet the 10 secs before he is opening the door to the storageroom has a shot of a hospital bed, which while unmade, is not old nor worn nor dirty. The storageroom has everything that seems to be some personal items of people neatly folded on the shelves, with the exception of the one item that happens to be on the floor as he opens the door. Yep really scary stuff. The "thing" that can only be seen in slow mo - again if we can only see it in slow mo, how does he even see things that we don't, unless in slow mo? - maybe just the shadow of the door opening.

He wants viewers, nothing else.

I wonder if I should try a test on Youtube.
Create a channel and film a bit of footage in some random abandoned building.
Then create clips where random red circles are drawn around empty spaces to 'show ghosts'.
I wonder if any of my viewers would actually 'see' anything. Bet some would (even with nothing there).

Millions of people will watch any old desperate stuff on YT, so go for it - and remember to monetise it (!).
