(The motto of Horizon seems to be "for every expert there is an equal and opposite expert")
There was one 'expert' on horizon who was claiming that Hflo couldn't possibly be anything but a deseased Hsap because there were tools associated with Hsap found at the grave site. "No small brained creature could have made these tools!" he exclaimed hautilly presenting what he thought was the killer argument. Except it's not because some of the natives have spoken about how occasionally the little people from the mountains would come to their villages on the rob. If thease tales did have a grain of truth then a logical eplanation of there being advanced tools there is that the Hflo tribes might have nicked them from any Hsap tribes that might have been using them locally. There is no evidence of the Hflo actully useing the tools that had been found with them, they would have looked desireable to a not very clever bunch of robbers because the Hsap would have probably tryed to stop the Hflo nicking them because it takes quite a bit of skilled craftsmanship to make a good tool.
So perhaps not such a killer argument had the 'expert' bothered to take into account other possibilitys rather than rushing in headlong hoping to get fame and fortune as the man who disproved Hflo's species claim. Of course other theorys as to why there may have been tools asoicied with where the first Hflo bones were found were not even mentioned in passing on the horizon program
