Currently reading 'In Search of the Unknown' by D. Scott Rogo. I was interested to read his experiments with Blue Harary in relation to OOBE's. He postulates that Harary may be utilizing ozone in order to project. Is this the basis of 'ghost hunters' using negative ion generators?

Also, pardon my ignorance, what is the difference between negative ions and the production of ozone?
