The weird long toed pink thing looks like some kind of large species of rodent type animal, maybe with mange, definately looks real, rather than CGI/hoax

It looks very much like an opossum, or similar creature.

As @Souleater and @kamalktk have said, l’m going with a sick possum or similar. lts hairless appearance, gait and reaction to human approach are strongly suggestive of illness.

The back end looks the a macropod to me, the front end not so much. I'd say it's a marsupial of some sort though.
