Question About Teen Witchcraft Article From FT 172, July 2003

Hi there

Could anybody do me a huge favour and tell me who wrote the excellent article about teen witchcraft from FT 172, July 2003, and what the title was, please: the cover refers to 'Buffy and Her Sisters' but I'm not sure if that's what it was actually called.

I'm asking because I can't lay hands on my copy at the moment and want to make a reference to the article it in a piece I'm currently writing.
