The monkeys on a bike are in Siam Reap/Angkor Wat (it's possible I posted one before); the boat with my bike on it is Ayutthaya in Thailand and I think the temple is in Sukhotai.

It has a cornucopia centerpiece, featuring slices of cucumber, tomato, etc., rather than salami. It offers tofu rather than cheese. The chips and crackers are baked ancient grains, and there's plenty of the Head's famous Triffid Tripe salsa to sample with them.
