I knew a ballet dancer who got a repeat fee for her performance in the ballet interlude in some Mozart opera after it was broadcast on Radio 3.

I'm a big fan of the British pop artist Patrick Caulfield. And thanks to an article on the Guardian website I have discovered that the epitaph on his gravestone at Highgate Cemetery consists of the single word 'Dead'. Very cool, very minimalist even after his death. Well played, sir!
