What camera do you use? All your photos look really sharp, with great colour.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10+.

It isn't great in low-light, but by day it's superb.

It clearly does a bit of silent editing, but it is also a seriously bright day--I couldn't see the screen properly for most of the outside shots.

The one of me was edited because it was too bright.

Gangwhado. Bit tipsy now. Mrs Yith driving home. Drank a bottle of ginseng infused rice-wine with my mother-in-law over dinner; it started out a bit harsh but was most palatable by the end of the bottle.

Today I was mostly focused on varied colours and textures. It got gloriously misty around sunset, Gangwhado being a semi-moutainous island.

Fantastic day. We took a picnic and investigated a nature park that we'd previously driven past on our way elsewhere. It's north of Paju, right up near the border with North Korea and very pretty. Miss Yith made friends with a boy her age and together they found a dead snake. I got some time to scope out a battlefield nearby I've been looking into and we found a good Sundubu restaurant to eat at with a cafe next door that sold milkshakes. Got a bit sunburnt; mother-in-law has covered by face with cucumber and I looked like an organic Frankenstein's monster.

Snapshots du jour:

The order's all messed up (that's the famous Imjin River, one of the last photos I took). I startled a crane that seemed to be the size of an albatross in the nearby rice paddy).

South, I presume?

Remarkably like the North ones--very attractive.

Yours look a bit more 'rolling' than ours, perhaps.
Yeah the Sussex Downs - just off to the right of the pic is Seaford Head. Funnily enough I lived just by the Hog's Back on the North Downs before I moved down to Sussex.

Can't get away from 'em.

Why don't you post thumbnails instead of entire photos? Your pictures take up too much space.

I've just done a test and (on my phone) Thumbnails and Full-Size display absolutely identically.

I have to request 'desktop version' to see any difference.

Doesn't matter. Will try to remember.

Very nice pics:).. do you know what the tree in pic six down from the top is, it looks very similar to a Locust Bean tree, I have been growing a couple of them .. poor pic due to compression to fit page...

The list of things I don't know about botanty is very long, but it was a fully-grown fir of some variety and the green bud-like things were immature cones.

The building pattern? The neighbouring one looks like a tower of Oreo cookies. ...
??? ... I thought Kondoru was inquiring about the (actual) melons on the stairs (your 17 May post; Yangpyeong).
