Registration Using VPNs, Proxy Servers & Temporary Email Addresses.
In short, don't bother.
We are facing waves of fraudulent and spam-related applications these days and consequently have very limited flexibility in this matter.
Although we do not prohibit the use of VPNs and Proxies by current members, we:
a) Make no apologies for technical difficulties arising from their use.
b) Will not spend any significant amount of time facilitating their use.
c) Will ordinarily reject applications for membership that do not originate from a static location and a reliable email service.
If for genuine reasons you find yourself obligated to use a VPN or Proxy and wish to join (we can imagine reasons for this), you will have to email staff to explain why--we regret that this is necessary.
If existing members in good standing wish to change email addresses from those with which they originally registered (and cannot do so themselves), they should message a member of staff with the address they wish to use.
If we know you, we are happy to make the necessary changes.
