Shall We Run Our Own Experiment?

Right, there are now 3 objects sitting on the windowsill less than 2 metres from this computer. It is 1st floor, west-facing. The objects each weigh less than 1kg and are solid at room temperature.
So dust off those Ganzfeld goggles, play that funky white noise and ignore the general untidiness in the rest of the room, then message me or email spamtribs @ gmail dot com with your wonderful divinations...

I'll run this separately on Twitter too, I think, and let non-Forumites have a go...

P.S. I'll let it run for about 48 hours so it closes at about 11am BST/12 noon CEST.

@Lord Lucan , @Iris I've hidden your posts so they don't skew later people :)

We are meant to do it via PM or spamtribs @ gmail dot com :twothumbs:

Sorry Frideswide, I thought I had done it through the conversation part.

I've passed them on @Iris - all is good!

Am I the only one trying to push the objects off the window sill ?

Ok, time to close this, I think!

The objects were :

A flint pebble, a green plastic wedge (used for flooring) and a transparent plastic Christmas ornament from Ikea. Let's just say, nobody's at risk of being made an offer they can't refuse from the intelligence services.

Results from Forum :

Mickey Mouse
A slinky
Either a single dried flower or a bunch thereof

Alarm clock or small ⏰
Something like a beaker shaped vessel but with no handle (vase? Not big) has flowers picture on it
White/cream phone 1970s style

A jar of pens
A remote control
A hairbrush

Pencil sharpener / Swan / Eiffel Tower

A golfball
A small wooden or ceramic bird ornament
A notebook

A small vase, 250 grams butter, a pack of cards.

chapstick (green and white colouring)
pair of glasses? something to look through anyway
scissors

Results from Twitter :

A shell, a plant, and a pen

A frog, a ball, a cup

A transparent globular paperweight, a small plastic pot, a pencil

Pot plant, coffee mug, cat

Some sort of cat doll, maybe one of those Chinese waving ones; a cube-shaped wooden box about 10cm square decorated with marquetry; a vaguely humanoid skinny silver-coloured metal statuette.

Jug, vase of flowers and something holding pens / pencils

Team effort - a snack bar, a boat ornament and pound coin

Some sort of writing thing. Like a fountain pen - no a pen holder? For a wooden pen. A glass vase, kinda like a smal decanter - fatter at the bottom then skinny at the neck, and at the top opens up a bit wider. A porcelain figurine.

An orange, a small travelling alarm clock and a folded newspaper

A potato, a beard trimmer and a little man

We did well didn't we? What's our prize?

You have purposely hidden the pink duck with one leg haven’t you?
Own up now, I know I saw it...

Awww...I SO wish I had noticed this , would love to join in one of these .

Never fear, I'll be running another one soon!

Own up now, I know I saw it...

And I now have to source a pink duck with one leg for inclusion in the next experiment.
