Strange Lights Spotted Near Cambridge

Interesting, but l’m not seeing anything that couldn’t be a clever firework:


The date - 9:30 pm on a July Saturday night - also suggests some sort of celebration.

The looping effect made me initially think of some sort of kite.
 
There was a similar sighting (with a similar explanation, though I think it was drones rather than planes) in Frome, Somerset, last year:
