Taiwan

I'm back in Taiwan again, in Tainan for the first time. Spotted this interesting urban feature earlier:

Google in English doesn't bring much up but I found this in the hotel magazine (via google translate):

In this case Lady Liberty is doing the job more traditionally done by such deities as Guanyin or Tin Hau/Mazu.
