This is brilliant: plenty to spot. I think I have all the cthulhu-esque weirdness, but please post what you see.

Similar but older. Thirteen 'mistakes' in this picture. I have the official answers.

I don't have 13.

And I'm refusing to consult the answers.

Will leave it a while to let others take a look.

I give you Thunderstruck by AC/DC played in a Dubstep style on Bagpipes by the amazing Snake Charmer.

She certainly charms my snake...

EDIT: This may be even better

I keep losing count but I may be getting too picky about a very sketchy sketch.

For now, I'll go with the teapot, which is certainly not illuminated by the window and does not match the reflections on the table-top. :)

And 7: I doubt whether it was fashion at the time for the woman to only have a sleeve on her left arm.

Here's my list of anomalies from a quick scan ...

Mis-numbered clock face

One faucet misaligned with the sink

Hinges and handle on same side of under-sink door

Milk pitcher missing its handle(?)

Woman's mismatched sleeve lengths

Boy's double-ended brush

Bucket levitating(?) on or above dollhouse(?) roof

Brush without bristles

Unsupported ladder

Missing sawhorse / Unsupported far end of plank

Mismatched wallpaper pattern (uniform versus non-uniform stripe widths)

Mismatched wallpaper color? (One definitely lighter / darker than the other)

Nearer door - Handle / lock plate inset too high

Farther door - Handle inset too high
