There doesn't appear to be a dedicated Lyrids thread. Unless I missed it somehow.
So this year (2022) we have the Lyrids starting on April 14th and continuing through to the 30th, peaking on the 22nd.
We also apparently have a 'pink moon' on April 16th.
Named not because it appears pink (it doesn't) but because of the tradition of naming the nearest full moon according to the flowering period of the moss pink herb, or wild ground phlox flower, which is widespread by spring.
