Plastic surgeons are still doctors.

At some stage--perhaps after operation number four, five or six--this woman walked into a clinic for a consultation and a fully-qualified doctor said: no problem, let's rock and roll.

Most developed countries have medical bodies with the power to revoke a professional's licence to practise--what happened here?

Could it all have been carried out somewhere off the map?

She's obviously (to me anyway) into looking shocking because she's wearing F/X contact lenses (I have the same pair for Halloween parties), I think she chose to look like Pinocchio once she realised the attention it was getting her after The Angelina plan didn't work out ...

Proof cosmetic surgeons will do any old abusive shit to your face and body if you pay them enough. Unless you have a serious medical reason, see a psychiatrist before you see a cosmetic surgeon. Too many unscrupulous bastards in that industry. Look up what happened to Kanye West's mother: a cautionary tale.

FWIW ... Snopes is noting that there's been no solid evidence to corroborate the basic facts alleged in this story. It's unclear whether there've been as many as 50 surgeries, whether Ms. Tabar actually set out to emulate Jolie, or whether the strange visage seen in the photos is 'all organically her' without additional prosthetics or similar additions.

I also have less faith in Snopes than I once did.
 
I doubt we'll ever know for sure, I must admit my first thought was "prosthetics" on seeing her pics and Angelina Jolie doesn't wear spooky contact lenses ... would a make up artist go to all the trouble of doing an intermediate stage damaged nose prosthetic though ?.
 
I think the nose is definitely the worst disaster. She also doesn't help the situation with that weird zombie makeup.

Maybe she's done it so no man will want her? In a Muslim theocracy, women are poorly treated and controlled by their husbands (or are harassed by random men). Maybe she's trying to avoid that whole scenario?

Review the news ... There weren't any surgeries. Allegations of cosmetic surgery were all part of the hoax.
