For several of the latest terrorist attacks, it seems a particular man's image has shown up repeatedly as victim/perpetrator. France24 has looked into why.

Reminds me of the Jimmy Savile case (sorry to bring this up again) where images of the same accusers kept popping up in the media with different names, ages and stories.
