Have you tried contacting th 'BFI'?
Although the site gives the date as 3/3/87

3/3/87 was probably the date of the edition the BFI hold (they only hold selected samples of certain show). This was definitely broadcast on the 9th April.

Thames TV have a channel on YouTube with loads of archive footage but I guess you’ve checked that already.

What's the `case` your researching?

No luck yet. I could probably order it via the BFI but I'd have to go to London to see it and they charge a fortune for access.

It's about a one-off ghost seen during the black-out in ww2.
