Inside a starship, watching puny humans from afar
This could simply be a collection of separate, unconnected events.
Not that I'm dismissing it at all.

There are several aspects to this; none of them involve a crashing alien spaceship, or even a crashing transdimenional spaceship. Why do people think these craft crash all the time? Are the pilots supposedly drunk?

The first clip is an obvious piss-take. A glass salad bowl filmed close to the ground with a tilted camera.
The clip with the floating star is a fake as well, possibly made by the same person or people.
The clip with the explosions is apparently filmed from outside an armaments factory in Brazil, where some ordnance seems to have been exploding - whether this was planned, or an accident I don't know, but it is unrelated to the other clips.
I don't know what the clip with the floating fireworks is all about, but it is probably a light-show of some kind.

Someone's just mashed together a bunch of hoaxes and unrelated clips.
