Beverly Craven remixed by London's Rat Pack rave DJ's in the early 90's .. they adopted/adapted these lyrics because people illegally using MDMA would typically 'peak' on their ecstacy trip between 3 and 4 am ..

I've fallen in love with From The Lions Mouth by The Sound since discovering it a few months ago.

This first song in particular makes me want to punch the air and then stride outside to take on the world.

Here's the live version:

Retro punk night at my lady friend's house later. Getting my neck ready.
This is her on the front cover of my current tunemuse. Nar It isn't actually her, but she's the spit of this floos. Really really.

Sacrilege I know this isn't THE real Clash, but it is one of my favourite songs hanging their label.

This knife is Sheffield steel

I like this video
Shane, Siouxsie, Rat, Rambo, Nora, Lu, Dave and Sue. They're all in it. What a moment.

I posted this on another thread but it also goes here because A) it’s Noosha, B) I like it and C) It’s where Goldfrapp are probably going to be in two years time.

Nice of you to fucking join us.

As reviews go. That’s all I’ve got.
I got that album ages ago and halfway through I thought wait - is this an orchestra at all? Or have I bought a collection of synth versions of punk? That's not what I wanted.

Dave Berman from Silver Jews killed himself a few days ago. RIP. Here's one of my favourite opening lines to an album ever. The rest of the lyrics ain't bad either.

In 1984 I was hospitalised for approaching perfection
Slowly screwing my way across Europe; they had to make a correction
