Been reading my build up for my first serious full power competition in February. I'm adding 2.5kg every week to bench, same for squats except with 20kg chains added because why not... And I'm increasing my deadlift by 15kg every week. So that's gonna be fun :D

Pondering the logistics of getting and maintaining a Ronnie Wood haircut.
He has to do it himself, doesn't he? There can't be a barber with any integrity in the land for whom that counts as "the usual"? I read the same about Paul Weller.

Mullet, easy. Back in t'80s when I decided to have one I just described it to my hairdresser and he did a perfect job. 'Shorter and layered on top, spiky, longer at the back please.'

I've set my precise alarm for 5 minutes from now and then I'll give you a definitive answer..

Fair shout though, that when I post this and five minutes later, you ask what I was doing five minutes earlier... :rasta::headspinner:

Returning home from the Boxing Day sales. It's jam packed with slow moving people with nothing better to do than wander about, looking gormless and getting in the way. I, on the other hand, bought three books, with 20% off the price.

Arriving home after seeing Bumblebee at the movies, and thinking "Why couldn't all the other Transformers Movies be like this one! I could actually tell which robot was which!"

Waking up in the middle of the night (2:30) and getting myself a glass of water. Then wrapping up a frozen gel pack in a hand towel to try and keep cool in this heatwave most of Australia is going through. The heatwave is meant to last a week. Marble Bar in Western Australia reached the high forties Celsius today...
