Just found out about this place being built to host ghostly objects in Las Vegas.

Along with the “dibbuk box” that spawned the movie The Possession, Zak’s massive museum will also hold such oddities as an actual mummy, Peggy the Doll, Michael Jackson’s death scene chair, Ed Gein’s cauldron, Dr. Jack Kervorkian’s van, a throng of working antique mechanical dolls, the original staircase from Indiana’s “Demon House,” and much more.

Sounds fascinating, but the link wont work for me, unless its just being a PITA

Thank you, very cool, bet they paid a fortune for some of them, unless they are on loan, and i see the tickets are selling fast

Interesting tale.....I live fairly close to that house 3860 Carolina St Gary IN.....maybe 15 or 20 miles away....I used to live in Gary when I was a kid and had friends who lived on the northeast side of town where the house is. I used to play Little League baseball only 4 or 5 blocks from there...way back in the early 60's.
Funny thing is I have lived in this area my whole life but never heard of the Indiana demon house before....but then I don't really pay much attention to local 'haunted houses'.

I'm guessing Demon House is the same house as the Indiana house ? .. and I've often wondered where Zak Baggan's got his seed money from .. I know he's presented the popular Ghost Adventures TV show but he arrived at that with more specialised equipment than NASA .. and his gleaming 4X4 and his team of presumably paid fellow investigators .. he then went on to buy his large historic Vegas building to house his pricey haunted objects and has bought another house blindly .. and produced this film. His earnings must be huge ..

edit: one link say's this is the house that Zak bought and not the Indiana one

That doesn't look like the original Demon house at all. Very strange. Looks like he has fooled people into believing it was the small Indiana house he bought. The Monroe house mentioned on Ain't It Cool News is the one I've posted a thread about in the Ghost forum earlier.

An interesting conclusion at the end of the review at Dread Central for Demon House:

Demon House will leave you with a lot of questions about the existence of both the normal and the paranormal. It’s a masterfully created and seriously frightening account of what can happen when things just end up getting far out of control… when events occur that supersede rational human comprehension and reason. It’s one of the single most compelling documentaries on the existence of the supernatural that I’ve ever witnessed. Whether or not The Ammons House was haunted or is the portal to hell is still very much debatable. As always, there will be people who believe and those who do not. However, the effect that it has had on everyone who has ever walked through its doors is undeniable.

Of course he's in it for the money, just like the ex Ghost Adventurer Nick Groff who has started his own ghost chasing empire.
