Athens_based architect and 3D modeler Katerina Kamprani specialises in creating variations of everyday objects, designed to create a feeling of unease in the viewer.
The dichotomy exists because you can picture the object's function, but it would prove to be an absolute vexation in use.
Here's a few to make you squirm:

They look like the old Surrealist Objects. Like the Lobster Phone and the, er, Furry Cup.

I hope the wine glass comes with a straw. And I'm sure the broom would come in handy under certain circumstances. If the teapot and the long mug come as a set, they would complement each other nicely.

Unless she has too much money, she should stop fucking around with Blender and concentrate on her job.
And I speak as a man who designed a Ouija Cheesboard with a slice of runny brie as a planchette.
Yep. Making real objects would have more impact than 3D models. She should actually make them.

Also, a puzzle cake. I'm told it's Only Connect. You have to pick out words and find other words to link them together.

Sushi Chess.
Once played a game of draughts with shots. It became quite a spectator sport in the pub (my old local, The Claghan in Soho).
We supplied the board and plastic shot glasses - and bought bottles from the pub. Important: the spirits should be different colours - we used whiskey and tequila. You play the opponents drink of choice.
Rule change: when you take an opponents piece then you down it. When you 'king' your piece, use two shot glasses.
It's a very leveling game: the better you are, the drunker you become and so reduce your skill level.
