A couple of years ago I bought a book from a bargain book shop, 'What Happens When We Die' by Andrew Peake. Whilst highly impressed I was not in a position to make a critique of the evidence he cited, but I was impressed with it. I have just bought his second book 'The Dameon'. I just wondered what someone with a scepitcal frame of mind who has a whole lot more knowledge of stuff like quantum physics than me makes of it all?

Oh dear, I read that recently and stopped literally 10 pages from the end. Interesting idea but written in such a tedious way. Each chapter is like a standalone essay on something and at the end he comes out with his theory which I could put down in one sentence.
There are far better books like this. Wasn't too impressed.
As to his Demon idea. I think quantum physics explains it far better.
I do believe strongly that we exist on many planes but not that there is another "me" that is somewhat more knowing, even if I die.
Anyway.
