According to a cached copy of resologist.net (the site appears to have disappeared) it says:

Kaplan, Louis. Witzenschaftliche Weltbetrachtungen: Das verdammte Universum des Charles Fort. Berlin: Gatza Verlag, 1991. German language.

Kaplan, Louis. The Damned Universe of Charles Fort. Brooklyn, NY: Autonomedia, 1993. English translation of Witzenschaftlich Weltbetrachtungen. Paperback.

Ulrich Magin. Der Ritt auf dem Kometen über Charles Fort. Frankfurt am Main: Zweitausendeins, 1997. German language. Hardback."

Colin Bennett has written a lot of stuff about him in places like Fortean Studies and The Anomalist:

When in doubt, Google!

About a hundred possibly useful links here:

http://www.google.co.uk/search?as_q...l&as_occt=any&as_dt=i&as_sitesearch=&safe=off

From one of them I found this:

It was the distinguished sf author and critic Damon Knight who wrote the first full-scale biography of our hero, Charles Fort: Prophet of the Unexplained (1970).

AARGH!!! I'm a victim of synchronous posting, again. How Fort would have laughed...

Perhaps we need another word, then, because your previous post wasn't there when I went off to Google and prepare my reply! Anyway, there are 1440 minutes in a day, so 7 minutes is about half a percent of a day, which is pretty close... :)

..or perhaps Gazumping, which has the same sort of flavour of someone having jumped in front of you when you thought you were home.

Any more ideas? Then we could post a poll!
