Decapitated - and survives

A bizarre and uplifting tale of a young boy knocked off his bike by a car travelling at 50 mph. He was "internally decapitated" i.e. all connection between the spine and the skull was severed, nearly always fatal, but after being reattached he not only survived but regained movement.... he may walk again in 6 months time.
