Photo of ctrange creature?

The following is a like to a powerpoint presentation on a website covering the supernatural:

Half way through there is a photo of a creature in a cave and some accompanying text before it. I have never seen this photo but it is weird.

Does anybody know if it is a well known hoax or the origins of the picture?

Check out who debunked it in the first place. Talk about coming full circle. But that IS a pretty freaky looking creature.

Does anybody know of any photo's like this which have never really been debunked?
