I don't think anything currently on the planet required any extra-terrestial assistance to evolve into its current form.

Mutations caused by meteor strikes introducing radiation are a possibility, without having to involve actual aliens.

Small quibble: whether you would actually call that "assistance" is open to debate.

Let me rephrase:

No life on Earth has required assistance from Extra-Terrestial Intelligence to evolve to its current form.

(The term "Intelligence" was implied in my original post, which left it open to re-interpretation, for which I apologise.)
