These photos were taken by holiday makers in 1988 at the Hotel Vierjahreszeiten in Maurach, Austria. On the last night of a holiday they decided to take a group photo, they put the camera on a table and set the self timer so they could all be in it.
For the first photo the flash did not go off...
Since it is almost Halloween, I thought I'd start a thread about fake and/or photoshopped ghost pics for fun.
The only one I have right now is down with a slow-exposure rather than photoshop.

I am looking for a book on Ghost Photography that a friend reccomended to me. He couldnt remember the name or author but said it was published in 2005. Does anyone know of any good books on the subject publish in this year?
Are than any famous ghost photographs that have not been debunked? As far as I know all of the well known ones such as the ghost in Newby church (attached) have been proved to be fakes or optical illussions or whatever.
Are there any that have defied explanation?
