I am looking for a book on Ghost Photography that a friend reccomended to me. He couldnt remember the name or author but said it was published in 2005. Does anyone know of any good books on the subject publish in this year?

Are than any famous ghost photographs that have not been debunked? As far as I know all of the well known ones such as the ghost in Newby church (attached) have been proved to be fakes or optical illussions or whatever. Are there any that have defied explanation?

does anyone know of any sites that have a goodly amount of victorian or early 1900's ghost photos?

Just to mop up the proliferation of small or one-post threads.
