A Natural History Of Ghosts

Related, there are two books called Ghostland which seem to potentially overlap.

In the film? Two murder maniacs. It's a torture porn movie ten years too late (I wouldn't have bothered with it if I'd known!).
 
The whole radio series was pretty uninspiring in my opinion.
Yes not heard it all yet but a bit bland so far. And of course the BBC won’t do another like it because as far as they re concerned they’ve done that now, so overall a wasted opportunity.
 
I found part 2 better than part 1 (I listened to the omnibuses. Omnibi?). There was a lot more editorialising and I liked her point of view.
 
Can't speak for the former book, but Edward Parnell's Ghostland is very good.

Have just started this in audio book format. Quite a coincidence - I bought it for the references to M R James in the sample, and then the second book he goes on to reference is the Green Knowe books by Lucy Boston - which I am also just listening to on audio. Am loving it so far.
