The owners of Morse the cat had given up hope that they would ever see their family pet again until a Cork woman got in touch today to say that she had found him - nearly 12 months to the day that he was last seen.
In April 2023, Morse hopped into a van that was driving from Waterville in Kerry to Clonbanin in North Cork - once the vehicle arrived, he somehow made his way to the Kinsale area all by himself. There, he was thankfully found by local woman Aisling Minihane.
His owners put physical signs up in Cork and Kerry and also started a social media campaign to try and find their pet - but they heard absolutely nothing for an entire year until Aisling got in touch.
