I have one of his wonderful sourcebooks but no bookshop here can deliver them anymore.

Should I send "hidden cash"? Has anyone ordered with him before?

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Canadian dollars and pounds sterling are accepted at prevailing exchange rates. U.S. customers should add $1.50 for each order under $30. Foreign customers should add $2.00 per book for surface mail.

You should be able to send an international money order through your bank.

He accepts UK Sterling cheques drawn on a British bank, but please not the postage price per book has increased a little bit and the web site has not been updated, postage is now $12. A credit note is issued as appropriate.
